New directory website for our Hawkes Bay Senior Citizens

Under the auspices of Presbyterian Services a new website has been launched for senior citizens. Strictly speaking it is not new - it was previously available via Eldernet but the new revised version is brighter and soon will provide a measure of interactivity via forums and the ability to comment on posted material.

The primary function is to provide a database of resources to do with older ones. There are pointers to health organisations, government departments, care organisations, finances, entertainment and companionship to name but a few. There is a powerful search function on site so you will be able to find information quickly and easily.

A particular feature is the provision of a facility that will enable organisations to upload their own information and edit it on an ongoing basis to keep things right up to date.
