Approval is normally granted within 24 hours. Once your membership application has been approved you will be able to post your own content to many areas of this site - classified ads, blogs, pictures, messages, upcoming events notices and comment on material posted by others. This is a great place, too, to catch up on local and international news from a wide range of sources, updated every hour!

CHB Scouts

There are 16,000 SCOUTS in New Zealand, and this number is growing. We equip young people aged 6.5yrs to 26 with all important life skills of problem solving, teamwork, citizenship, and provide them with access to a wide range of outdoor activities including camping, caving, abseiling, tramping, canoeing.

Waipukurau has a Cub group (ages 6.5 - 10Yrs) which meet on a Tuesday at 5.30pm. And a Scout group (10 -14yrs) which meet on a Wednesday at 6.30pm. Come along to the Scout Hall in River Terrace. Have some fun!

When: 29th December 2010 - 6 January 2011

How: Basically a whole lot of Fundraising. Which from a great deal of support from our community is well underway.
