Above, I am proudly holding my two vibrant 2011 Poetry books Real Love and Soul Love.

In 2010/2011/2012, I received royal letters (5 in total).

 In 2001 I won a Queen Elizabeth II Technicians Study Award.

My poems are my heartfelt thoughts or life experiences (each to their own).

I have travelled extensively Greece, Mexico, Austria, England, Italy, Australia, Fiji.

My work has been in the Art, Environment, sports & health areas.

Background info and photos 

 

I`ve been writing poetry since school but really been passionate about it in last 8 years. Have produced 7 little books (above photo), some are in libraries. My True Love book produced in 2010 is dedicated to my parents who had true love/marriage for 40 years ( book also sent to Queen - see attached article). I have presented my poems on radio and some poems ( including Anzac Day poems - my father was a war veteran) have been kindly published in some newspapers.

I have a diverse background within the environment, sports, art & health areas.

Above are my Sports medals, study & work awards. Qualifications, volunteer work photo below. I regard all my life experiences as poetic which enables me to write truely with all my heart and soul.

Family background: 

I had a country/beach upbringing; My Mother (English) was a respected NZ Social Worker; My father a War Veteran/farmer; One Grandfather a Reverend.
